TUCSON, AZ (JAN. 19, 2026) — The Tucson Lease Report activity totaled 63,190 square feet for the week, including 19,740 square feet of industrial space, 35,258 square feet of retail, and 8,192 square feet of office space (including renewals).

The largest retail lease was Guardian Pharmacy of Tucson, LLC, a 17,733-square-foot lease at The Shoppes at Oracle, represented by Paul Hooker, SIOR (Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR) and Steven Taylor (Cushman & Wakefield U.S., Inc. – Atlanta) for the tenant, and Robert Nolan (Oxford Realty Advisors) for the landlord. The largest industrial lease was Turf Paradise LLC at 5,250 square feet at Park Avenue Industrial Center, represented by Gerardo Acosta (Real Broker AZ, LLC) for the tenant and Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM (Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR) for the landlord. The largest new office transaction was the Jade Star Acupuncture & Wellness at 1,466 square feet in Green Valley, represented by Batoun Herrington (Branel Real Estate Company) for the landlord, and Molly Mary Gilbert, CCIM (Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR).
