Part of Interstate 90 eastbound in Erie County had to be briefly shut down due to a multi-vehicle crash that happened early Monday afternoon and left drivers waiting in their vehicles for over an hour.
Vehicles were pushed off the side of the road and drivers were left in a bumper-to-bumper that stretched about a mile down the highway.
