Carne asada taco, beans and rice at Luna Cocina
It was my first time at Luna Cocina on Perkins Road, and the evening rooftop atmosphere was the perfect place for tacos and margaritas with my best friends.
I ordered three tacos from Luna Cocina — carne asada, crispy fish and pork belly. However, the carne asada particularly was tender, juicy and flavorful, with verde sauce, cilantro and onion on top. If I were to go back, I’d just order three of those tacos instead of different ones.
The meal also came with rice and refried beans, although I requested black beans instead. As a Cuban-American, I know good black beans. Those were very good black beans…
