JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Jackson Mayor John Horhn delivered a formal public apology on behalf of the City of Jackson to civil rights icon Hezekiah Watkins on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
It took place at the prayer breakfast celebration at Greater Bethlehem Temple Church on Monday.
