OWASSO, Okla. — Big changes could be coming to one of Owasso’s busiest roadways.
City leaders are asking residents to weigh in on a proposed project that would widen 86th Street to help ease congestion for people who live, work, and drive through the area.
The City of Owasso plans to widen 86th Street to three lanes in each direction and make improvements to key intersections along the corridor. The proposed project would stretch from Garnett Road to 119th East Avenue.
