Tulsa, Oklahoma – A fast-moving disturbance is sliding across northeast Oklahoma today, bringing a brief chance for snow flurries that could catch drivers off guard around Tulsa, especially north of Interstate 40. While accumulation is not expected, even light flurries can briefly reduce visibility and create slick spots on colder road surfaces.
According to the National Weather Service in Tulsa, flurries are possible from mid-morning through the afternoon, mainly along and north of I-40 as the system moves from west to east. Forecasters say impacts are expected to remain minimal, but short bursts of snow could still affect travel during peak daytime hours…
