Elizabeth Montoya, 43, of Austell, is accused of using two bricks to break the back door window of a residence at 6021 South Gordon Road, Austell, on July 11 at 12:01 a.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
The damage that Montoya caused was valued at $1,500. Montoya later admitted to her daughter that she threw the bricks at the window, turned off the breaker and stole items from the property. The victim is unaware of the exact items stolen because the cameras were off, according to the warrant.
Montoya is also accused of entering the victim’s 2022 Black Ram Truck without permission and taking the keys on Nov. 1, 2025 at midnight. She was seen on the property security video footage with the keys to the truck attempting to enter the victim’s property, according to the warrant…
