NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — The city of North Charleston will be hosting their third annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. parade Monday morning, beginning at 1 p.m.
According to the organizers, the parade route includes Rivers Avenue, between Burton Lane and McMillan Avenue and McMillan Avenue between Rivers Aveue and Meeting Street Road.
There will be partial road closures in effect beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 19, and detours will be in place surrounding the parade route in order to impede traffic as little as possible…
