OHIO — A man is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges following an alleged assault and break-in reported Sunday in Salem.
According to Salem Police Department, officers were called to a home on East Third Street after receiving a report of an assault. When officers arrived, they found a male victim with a swollen eye and blood covering his face.
Police reports state that two men had come to the residence against the wishes of the homeowner, a woman who was known to the accused. The woman later brought the male victim to the home so she “didn’t have to deal with the subject alone,” according to the report. An argument followed, and police allege the assailant, identified as George Feezle III, struck the victim in the head with a pair of pliers.
