ALLEGAN, Mich. — A Martin man charged in a fatal April 2025 crash that killed an 8-month-old girl is expected to enter a plea in Allegan County court today.
Terry Lee Boss, 56, faces charges including second-degree murder, operating while intoxicated causing death, and reckless driving causing death in connection with an April 26, 2025 collision.
It happened on Baseline Road near Hillsdale Drive that killed 8-month-old Lucia Iris Seifried.
