A former private school teacher in Butler County accused of sexually assaulting children is facing new charges in Allegheny County.
Police charged 53-year-old Sean Dicer of Brackenridge for allegedly sexual assaulting a student at the Highlands School District. Dicer had spent the last year teaching at Penn Christian Academy in Penn Township before being charged. There are no charges related to any crimes while Dicer was at Penn Christian Academy.
Last week, police charged Dicer for the alleged assault of a juvenile while Dicer worked at Fairmont Elementary School in 2007. Dicer allegedly paid the victims with fake money and sometimes real money for pictures of the victims naked…
