Progress is being made at the site of Clinton’s Rising Spring development, now well into its second phase of construction. Some of what’s being done is clearly visible to passersby on Highway 80 or Springridge Road – but some of it isn’t.
“There’s a lot that can’t be seen,” says Project Manager Paul Collins. “Storm drainage has to go in.”
