MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — A 67-year-old Brookfield man is charged with first-degree reckless homicide in the shooting death of Patrick Kelly Davis outside a Milwaukee apartment, according to a criminal complaint.
Nathaniel Richards is accused of shooting Davis once in the chest on Tuesday, Jan. 13 outside an apartment near 38th and North, reportedly following an argument over a woman.
A witness told police she arrived at the apartment about five minutes before the shooting to buy crack cocaine from a man she knew as “Nate.”…
