Multiple New Orleans cases in this Wheel of Justice report

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Instead of focusing on a single case this week, the latest Wheel of Justice report includes four.

The most recent crime happened on Jan. 12 in the 5600 block of Evelyn Court. The NOPD says a man went into the backyard of a home and stole a bicycle.

The next two cases happened hours apart and blocks apart, on the same street. Police say around 3:00 in the morning on Jan. 9, a man entered a storage shed at a home in the 200 block of South Solomon Street and stole some tools. Then less than three hours later, someone removed the screws and battery from a motorized scooter in the 600 block of South Solomon. So far, the NOPD is not saying the cases are connected.

Finally, the NOPD is looking for a suspect in a package theft case that happened on Jan. 8 in the 2700 block of Dreux Avenue. Police say a woman stole two packages, one from Amazon and the other from Sam Edelman.
