WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The federal lawsuit centered on the death of Cedric ‘CJ” Lofton goes to trial this week.
Lofton is the teen who died after being in custody at the Sedgwick County Juvenile Intake and Assessment Center in 2021.
Lofton’s foster father called 911 because he thought he was having a mental health crisis.
