A mother is facing multiple charges after police say she left her 2-month-old baby inside a car while she shopped at a Walmart in Bucks County.
According to investigators, 42-year-old Tina Chiara DeCarla arrived at the store around 3:49 p.m. on Jan. 10 and remained inside for about 25 minutes.
A customer reported finding the infant asleep in the vehicle, seated in an unauthorized restraint in the front seat and facing forward.
