VIDEO RELEASED: Walnutport Police ID man who threw hot tea at McDonald’s worker

WALNUTPORT, Pa. – Police in Northampton County found the man they say threw hot tea at a McDonald’s worker, causing her to seek medical attention.

Walnutport police say the man took the lid off a cup of hot tea and threw it at a McDonald’s drive-thru employee on Main Street around 8 a.m. Tuesday.

“A female was giving a driver his order and one of it was an order of hot tea. Unknown what transpired, but he opened the lid and threw it at her and then discarded the cup onto the ground,” said Walnutport Police Chief Jason Nothstein.
