CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland Division of Police shared on social media Tuesday that it is searching for two missing minors.
Police said 15-year-old Caitlyn Victor was last seen on Monday near the 3400 block of W 49th Street wearing black jeans with spikes, black shoes with spikes and a black KISS hoodie.
Caitlyn is described by police standing 5-feet-1-inch with blonde hair and hazel eyes, weighing 100 pounds.
