EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Around Christmas, a petition was filed with Evansville-Vanderburgh County Area Plan Commission to repurpose the old St Paul’s United Church of Christ location into apartments.
The property on Michigan Street was built in 1922 and has been vacant for the past few years.
