Program that provides lawyers during evictions could see funding cut

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – You’re in court and facing an eviction. It’s a scary process if there’s no lawyer to help you. That’s what so many people in Toledo experience and now a program to give them legal help is facing a big cut.

The city of Toledo has helped fund something called Right to Counsel, trying to give people lawyers in an eviction process.
