Tampa, FL – A bizarre roadside incident in Tampa has led to the arrest of a man who investigators say allegedly impersonated a tow truck operator and removed a crashed vehicle without authorization.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the case began after a red SUV was involved in a crash on Interstate 275 and was blocking a lane of traffic.
A road ranger was on scene assisting and traffic had been restricted…
