ST. LOUIS — A woman was found dead in north St. Louis, and police are now investigating her death as a homicide.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to a call for a “person down” just after noon Monday in the 3800 block of Cook Avenue. Officers found a woman not conscious or breathing. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner’s Office performed an autopsy on the woman and found that she had been shot, and her death was ruled a homicide…
