Reno invites seniors to connect with local resources at free community fair this Thursday

This Thursday, the city of Reno is inviting older adults and their families to connect with helpful local services at the annual Senior Resource Fair, happening from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Neil Road Recreation Center.

The event is free and open to the public and is designed to make it easier for seniors to learn about resources available right here in our community. Attendees can take advantage of free blood pressure checks, learn about fraud prevention, and explore a wide range of services focused on health, safety, and overall well-being.

Several local organizations will be on hand to answer questions and share information, including the Reno Fire Department, Washoe County Senior Services, REMSA, Reno Food Systems, and more.
