SPOKANE, Wash — A Spokane woman has now won the lottery twice in four months with tickets she purchased from the same store.
According to the Washington lottery, in September of 2025, she won a $50,000 grand prize from a Washington’s Lottery scratch ticket. She used it to pay off her car and student loans.
