Judge to rule on deadly Portland dog mauling case of 6-year-old by Wednesday

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A judge is set to make a decision by Wednesday in a Portland dog mauling case that resulted in the death of six-year-old Loyalty Scott.

Koko Miller faces four felony charges, including criminally negligent homicide, after her dogs attacked and killed Scott at her home in December 2023.
