Cleveland man sentenced to minimum of 10 years following drive-by shooting of Liverpool Township home

MEDINA — A Cleveland man was sentenced to a minimum of 10 years on Tuesday in connection with a Liverpool Township home that was shot multiple times in a drive-by shooting.

Thomas E. Wurtz III, 23, of Cleveland, was sentenced by Medina County Common Pleas Judge Joyce Kimbler on five counts of improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation, a second-degree felony.
