The Honeywell and Charley Creek foundations officially completed their merger, formalizing a longstanding partnership and setting the stage for expanded cultural and hospitality offerings in the Wabash area.
As part of the merger, the historic Charley Creek Inn — including its hotel, dining, and retail operations — will continue operating under its iconic name as a Honeywell Arts & Entertainment venue. Honeywell leadership emphasizes that preserving the inn’s legacy is central to the transition, while also creating new opportunities for tourism, events, and community engagement.
