DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) — Tensions were high at a Decatur Police Town Hall meeting Tuesday night, with many residents drawing questions back to the strained relationship between citizens and officers after roughly three years of turmoil.
Chief Torry Mack and his transition team invited the city to the town hall to engage with the department and members of the city’s council regarding policing, encouraging them to ask questions and express any concerns.
