Harrisburg man again appeals conviction in 2005 murder, body burning case

WILLIAMSPORT — A Harrisburg man for a third time has asked a federal judge to grant to overturn his conviction in a 21-year-old murder in which the victim’s body was burned.

Justin A. Glover Jr., 44, on Tuesday filed a habeas corpus petition in U.S, Middle District Court.

At the same time he asked the court to hold the petition in abeyance to permit him to review what he claims to be recently discovered evidence and constitutional grounds for relief in state court…
