Property assessor pushes to end property taxes for seniors with ‘Golden Homeowners Plan’

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A local property assessor is taking a stand against high property taxes. He started a petition to hopefully end property taxes for ages 65 and older across Davidson County.

This property assessor said that with values rising so quickly, it puts a strain on people especially people on fixed income who are elderly and disabled.
