Two Woodstown police officers are being credited with helping deliver a baby girl after a frantic father ran into the police department seeking help.
Video shows the father sprinting into the station before returning minutes later to his car on West Avenue with Patrolmen Benjamin Haines and Gabriel Chiarelli back on December 9.
