Eugenio Perez-Bard, 37, is facing a full extradition warrant issued by the district attorney’s office, Pennsylvania State Police announced.
Troopers say Perez-Bard hit an on-duty trooper around 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 7, at the intersection of 5th Street and Little Elk Creek Road in East Nottingham Township while the trooper was handling traffic control at the scene of a crash involving a horse and buggy and another vehicle.
Both the trooper and Perez-Bard were taken to Christiana Hospital for treatment, police said. The trooper was wearing a high-visibility vest and was reported to be in stable condition, authorities said…
