Town Meeting member Chi Chi Wu has filed a civil rights complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General and the town, alleging that the Brookline Select Board subjected her to disparate treatment and violated her free speech rights when members rejected her reappointment to the town’s diversity commission.
The complaint names the Select Board, individual board members Paul Warren, David Pearlman and John VanScoyoc, and School Committee members Jesse Hefter and Danna Perry, among others.
