Murder solicitation charge withdrawn against NY man

WILKES-BARRE — Luzerne County prosecutors withdrew a criminal conspiracy to commit homicide charge against a New York City man who pled guilty to using a cellular phone in an alleged murder plot in 2024.

Gregory Thomas Warren, 42, of Bronx, pled guilty to criminal use of a communication facility before Luzerne County Judge Michael T. Vough on Tuesday.
