Syracuse, N.Y. ― Around 11 p.m. on a summer night in 2024, a man walked slowly out of a Syracuse home as a fire started to burn inside.
A surveillance camera caught it all as the fire quickly spread, blowing out the windows and engulfing the home on South Avenue.
Inside, a 34-year-old woman never made it out and died in the fire…
