“Not my smartest decision,” retired Woodville Police Chief Roy Whitehead said. “A friend mentioned that Oogie’s was for sale, so I stopped in because I had never been over there. And as we were talking, the wheels started turning. I should have turned those wheels off.”
Whitehead went home and asked his wife, Lori, if she wanted to buy a pizza shop. Her reply?“Are you nuts?”
