A section of a highway near Santa Rosa was closed early Wednesday morning because of downed lines, authorities said.
Just before 3 a.m., the California Highway Patrol said the eastbound and westbound lanes of Grange Road were shut down at Bennett Valley Road just southeast of Santa Rosa due to the fallen power lines. There was no immediate estimate for when the road would reopen.
