EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — The El Paso City Council officially recognized El Paso-born artist Krystall Poppin on Tuesday for her significant contributions to music, film, and community leadership.
In a ceremony on Tuesday, the council declared Jan. 27 as the official “Krystall Poppin Day” to celebrate her achievements and impact in the borderland.
