EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 34-year-old man who was wanted on an active warrant was arrested after he was found hiding in a closet inside a home this past Sunday, Jan. 18, in Horizon, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
Police say at around 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, they conducted surveillance at a residence on Dust Devil Street in reference to a wanted subject, who was identified as 34-year-old Joshua Whitcomb.
Police say Whitcomb had an active felony warrant for a probation violation related to continuous violence against family.
Officers attempted to make contact at the front door of the residence but received no response. Whitcomb was seen walking in the backyard and entering the residence through the rear door, police said…
