NEEDVILLE, Texas – (Realty News Report) – M/I Homes will bring hundreds of homes to a rural area of Fort Bend County starting in late 2027.
The national homebuilder has acquired 205 acres near Highway 6 and Paddon Road in Needville for the development of the Wild Oak community. The neighborhood is planned for more than 400 homes within the Needville Independent School District.
