JANESVILLE — After two days of discussion in which experience, community engagement strategy and other factors were considered, a Cottage Grove firm was recommended Tuesday night to be hired to help guide the redevelopment of Janesville’s former GM/JATCO site.
The city of Janesville’s GM/JATCO Redevelopment Advisory Board voted in an open, public meeting Tuesday night, following public interviews Monday and Tuesday, to recommend to the city council that it hire Stantec of Cottage Grove as its consultant on the site’s future redevelopment.
