SHREVEPORT, La. – Caddo Parish officials tell KTBS 3 News that all departments are ready to respond to the threat of inclement weather. Public Works crews are currently preparing the parish fleet to treat roads and bridges with sand, salt, and brine. Teams are also readying snow plows to remove accumulation if necessary.
