WASHINGTON (7News) — Advocates and neighbors in Northeast D.C. are calling on District leaders to secure a popular trail after another close call.
A driver managed to get onto the Metropolitan Branch Trail (MBT), which is not intended for cars.
“It runs from NoMa all the way up to Takoma Park now,” Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC) Commissioner Aru Sahni said. “It’s meant for cyclists and pedestrians. Not cars.”…
