An autopsy has revealed new details about the death of influencer Michael Duarte, two months after he was shot and killed by police.
The 39-year-old content creator — known online under the handle “FoodWithBearHands” — was shot by a deputy on Nov. 8 and was later pronounced dead at a San Antonio hospital. A spokesperson for the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office previously confirmed to PEOPLE he died from the gunshot wound, and his manner of death was officially ruled a homicide.
According to a full autopsy report newly obtained by PEOPLE, Duarte’s body had two gunshot wounds — one on his left chest, the other below his chest. The medical examiner determined that Duarte died as a result of the gunshot wounds.
