Aurora city councilmember was 3 times the legal limit when arrested for suspected DUI

AURORA, Colo. — Newly elected Aurora City Councilman Rob Andrews had a blood alcohol content three times the legal limit when he was cited for driving under the influence over the weekend, according to a police report detailing the traffic stop.

Andrews was arrested on suspicion of DUI on Saturday night. The police report lists his blood alcohol content level at .252, more than three times the legal state limit of .08.
