A Bucks County woman is accused of leaving her infant alone in a car for 21 minutes while she was shopping in Wal-Mart.
A store employee saw Tina Chiara DeCarla, 42, formerly of Telford, enter the Warrington store shortly before 4 p.m. on Jan. 10, but left her 4-month old child in the car, according to a probable cause affidavit.
The employee noticed the infant was asleep in a car seat in the front passenger seat facing forward, which is an improper restraint position, the affidavit said…
