On December 21, deputies from the Tejon Substation investigated a theft involving two passengers of a driving service who reported their luggage stolen, valued at approximately $7,100.
During the investigation, deputies identified the suspect as Bernardino Valdivia (36), of Fresno. With assistance from the Special Services Investigation Unit, detectives executed a search warrant at Valdivia’s Fresno residence, where they recovered stolen electronics and a passport.
