CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -Neighbors on South Woodland are stuck in their homes after massive chunks of ice and snow completely blocked their driveways.
The ice formed from an ongoing water main break on the Cleveland-Shaker line that has been trickling water into the streets for months, according to residents. Cold weather and snow plows pushed the snow and water onto driveways, creating heavy ice blocks.
“I can’t lift that stuff up. It’s just too heavy. My back is bad now since I’m old,” said one neighbor who lives on South Woodland…
