Proof Barbeque announces closure after nearly 6 years in Cleveland

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Proof Barbeque is closing its doors in February after nearly six years in business in Greater Cleveland.

Proof, 4116 Lorain Ave., announced on social media this week that its last day for business will be Sunday, Feb. 1. The barbecue restaurant originally opened in Tremont in March 2020, later moving to its Ohio City location.
