Stolen Vehicle Pursuit Ends With Arrests in Redwood City

AREA/CITY: Redwood City (Unincorporated)

1. San Francisco Police pursued a stolen vehicle around 2:00 PM.
2. The pursuit went eastbound on highway 80 into the east bay, before coming westbound 92 back onto the peninsula.
3. The vehicle exited to southbound 101 as officers from SFPD, and CHP Pursued.
4. The vehicle exited woodside road, colliding with another vehicle and a median before continuing on woodside road to alameda.
5. The vehicle then traveled southbound on Alameda, before both occupants fled from the damaged pickup truck.
6. A CHP air unit overhead tracked the suspects to a backyard where they were detained without further incident.
7. The male driver and female passenger were placed into SFPD patrol cars.
